Faye Maxwell is eco-friendly and uses recycled boxes and packaging as much as possible!
We are happy to receive a return of any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED! ALL RETURNS must be received in our warehouse within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or we will not honor the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will then offer an exchange option or refund.
We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demands for our products. No matter what the circumstances, we WILL NOT accept any returns past our 14 day mark. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.
Also, please note that though we have a 14 day return policy on clothing items, but…ALL JEWELRY SALES AND FM OUTLET STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return or refund as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items!
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- All items purchased from our FM Outlet Store
- All jewelry
- Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
Faye Maxwell reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our warehouse. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.

We are not able to ship to APO & FPO addresses!
Once you place your order, we require between 2-4 days to process it and ship. Once you receive a shipment confirmation that your order is on its way, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days as all mail is sent via First Class through the United States Postal Service. If you need your order sooner, please call us immediately at (949) 443-4216 and we can offer Priority or Express at an additional fee. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. We leave that completely up to the customer.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Faye Maxwell-California cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Once packages are marked delivered there is no claim we can make with the carrier.

We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current and error free.
